Shipping & Returns

Buyer’s Remorse
Returns of non-damaged items must be made within 30 days of delivery of merchandise. All returns must be returned in “new” condition and in undamaged Bathroom Essential packaging and crating materials.

If the order was return on Bathroom Essential carrier and approve upon return. Customer will receive credit for full amount; minus 15% restocking fee, Original Shipping fee, and Return Shipping Fee.

If order is being returned on Customer's carrier and RMA is approved, tracking information for return must be provided to Bathroom Essential. The tracking number must activate within 30 days of delivery. Once return is inspected and approved, credit will be released to the retailer.

Ordered the Wrong Size & Style
Bathroom Essential, will not be held responsible for measuring errors or if the color finish is not to your liking.

Please always double check your measurements. If you receive your products and they are the wrong size, please contact the us at sales@bathroomessential.com. Please note if the products received are incorrect due to a Customer Error; the person(s) will be responsible for the return of the wrong product and the delivery charges for the replacement if requested.

Damage
All damaged items must be reported within 24-48 hours prior to delivery. Bathroom Essential work hard to make sure your order reaches you in quality condition.

If the item received has visible damage, please refuse delivery immediately and note on the Proof of Delivery Damaged. Minor damages can be replaced by parts sent from Bathroom Essential and does not require a full return.

If there is minor damage, please notate on the Proof of Delivery that the driver will have you sign, the condition. If you are unable inspect the shipments right away, please notate “Subject to inspection, concealed damage.”

If a replacement part is needed, pictures of the damaged product will need to be submitted. For assistance on a request, please contact at sales@bathroomessential.com for assistance on a request.

Defective
Bathroom Essential products are handcrafted by experienced professionals who take ample time and care making each product unique and one of a kind. We strive to provide exceptional quality products as well as a good customer experience.

If the product is notated as defective, a return request must be provided within 5 days of the delivery date. Photos or videos showcasing the defect are required for a return or replacement. Please provide the product item SKU # and Batch # found on the packaging of each Bathroom Essential item or the Quality Control Sticker found on countertops and cabinets. Once provided, we will investigate the issue and provide resolutions and/or approval of return.

Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the USA.When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. 

Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled prior to shipment. Approved order cancellations will receive an email confirmation of status. If the order is not in Bathroom Essential warehouse and is in route, the shipment cannot be cancelled.

If an order is refused due to a cancellation that was not provided in time, this will be considered a Buyer’s Remorse Return. The Retailer will be held responsible for fees.
